The Role / Who we are looking forAs a rapidly growing, award-winning Employer of Choice, we seek a crucial member of our technical leadership team to govern multi-project delivery, maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and help onboard new customers and team members. We're a deeply technical, outward-facing organisation, and we expect a Principal Architect with consultancy experience, hands-on delivery, pre-sales success, and a strong relationship with Microsoft.
They will have learned their craft by doing, and will be comfortable rolling up their sleeves to support teammates when needed.
Responsibilities (Day to day)- Designing and setting up multi-year transformation and software development programmes
- Pre-sales driven technical management of early customer engagements (including bid writing)
- Providing commercial and technical assurance to solution architects and other technical roles on key projects
- Underwriting technical/solution risks
- Ensuring a solid, scalable release management process with DevSecOps
- Identifying and flagging potential IP opportunities with the products team
- Assuring solution compliance with KD architectural principles
- Contributing to the technical leadership team to shape sustainable growth
- Providing consultancy to end-client organisations on CI transition and managed service licensing requirements and optimisation
- Supporting Sector leadership and Programme Management in defining new phases of work with existing customers and bridging sales-to-delivery handover
- Providing platform expertise in Microsoft Dynamics (Customer Service), Dataverse, Power Pages
