• Influence architecture and technical strategy
• Work on a high-impact financial platform
• Solve complex scalability and integration challenges
• Mentor Senior Engineers and raise technical standards
• Work closely with senior Engineering & Product stakeholders

• 10+ years' software engineering experience
• 3+ years' managing a team of software engineers
• Strong C# / .NET background
• Proven system design & architecture experience
• Hands-on AWS cloud experience
• Experience with complex integrations and scalable systems
