In this role, you'll oversee complex immunoassay projects, develop robust, regulatory compliant methods, and mentor a team of talented scientists. Your scientific judgement and creativity will be essential as you lead method development strategies, troubleshoot across platforms, and contribute to our culture of continuous improvement and scientific excellence. To succeed, you should bring a strong background in bioanalysis, with hands on experience leading ligand binding assay development, validation, and application for PK, biomarker, and immunogenicity studies. You'll need a degree in pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, chemistry, or biological sciences, coupled with proven expertise within a GxP regulated CRO environment. Expertise in global regulatory guidance and industry best practices for immunoassay validation is essential. A track record of scientific leadership, mentoring, and collaborative problem solving will set you apart.

Nice to haves include familiarity with creating new service lines or scientific IP, additional experience in cross departmental collaboration, and knowledge of bioanalytical platform selection aligned with sponsor and regulatory needs.
