Principal Rail Planner - HS2 Schedule 17 Lead

Buckinghamshire Council seeks a Principal Planner (Rail) to play a key role in the HS2 project. You will manage planning applications, ensuring compliance with the HS2 Act while working closely with stakeholders.

This fixed-term position requires strong planning expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle complex proposals. Experience with EIA development and RTPI membership are advantageous.
