Location: Henlow

Salary: Up to £48,000 + bonus, overtime, flexible working, pension

If you are passionate about ensuring manufacturing excellence and have experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or production environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this principal quality assurance engineer role, you will provide independent assurance across all manufacturing projects, supporting continuous improvement and risk reduction. Your expertise in quality management tools such as 8D, 5Y, PFMEA or FMEA will be instrumental in analysing defect data, managing SAP non-conformances, and leading problem-solving investigations. You will collaborate with Quality Assurance teams globally, deliver audits, and help embed quality standards like EN9100 and AS9100.

What we're looking for

We're looking for candidates with a quality engineering background in a complex technical engineering/manufacturing environment, a minimum HNC/HND qualification in a relevant field, solid experience within process-based management systems, and auditing expertise. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills are essential to effectively influence at every level and prioritise multiple tasks.

Travel within the UK and internationally will be required, and you must hold or be eligible for UK security clearance.
