What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for leading a small team developing afunctional SafetyCase
Managing the production of afunctional Safety Case to a defined schedule, reporting to a SafetyEngineering Manager
• Undertaking complex safety analysis using techniquessuch as Fault Tree analysis and Event TreeAnalysis
Producing written functionsafetyjustifications
• Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders both externaland internal to the business, typically System Engineers, HumanFactors Subject Matter Experts (SME)etc

Your skills andexperiences:

Essential:

• STEM Degree or relevantexperience
Experience with leading a smallteam Experience in Deliveringfunctional SafetyCases

Desirable:

• Previous submarine experience, Particularly VehicleControl
Knowledge of Complex ControlSystems
