Amazon is hiring a Principal Product Manager, Regulatory Product, to join the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Strategy team, part of Amazon Logistics and Last Mile. The DSP team is building a world-class delivery operation to exceed customers' expectations, ensuring that orders are delivered as fast, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible by a network of small, entrepreneur-owned businesses, our Delivery Service Partners. This is a rapidly growing and highly visible program internally and with our customers.
This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in the program's future. Our small, high-impact Strategy team works across the program to design and deploy strategies that ensure scalable long-term growth. The position involves designing and executing product strategies and development stemming from regulatory and legislative requirements for the worldwide DSP program.
The successful candidate will establish relationships within a complex, matrixed environment, navigate ambiguity, and drive leadership consensus on strategic directions. A background in logistics, last mile delivery, supply chain, or metrics and program management is advantageous. We are open to candidates worldwide based from any Amazon corporate hub.
Basic Qualifications- Experience blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives related to process creation, standardization, and improvement
- Ownership of roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience managing product cycles of 6+ months
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology
- Experience owning technology products
- Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
