Job Summary:

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to oversee the strategic direction of the Bondaval Platform as it evolves beyond supporting Bondaval's own insurance underwriting and policy products into a full-service credit insurance and risk underwriting platform for partners, insurers and end clients. It is a hands-on delivery role with a clear trajectory into product leadership as Bondaval continues to scale.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our product offering, drive innovation across the industry and help build a platform that redefines how credit risk is underwritten and delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Vision & Strategy : Define and lead the vision for a scalable platform that enhances underwriting efficiency and decision-making for insurers through advanced technology.
• Risk-Driven Decisioning : Collaborate with the VP of Risk and Chief Data Scientist to integrate structured risk strategies and models into the platform's core decisioning engine.
• AI-Enabled Operations : Champion the use of AI to optimise platform operations, automate workflows, and drive improved business outcomes.
• Scalable Multi-Client Offering : Expand the platform beyond Bondaval's internal use case to support a broad range of clients across the credit insurance ecosystem.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and executive leadership to align platform capabilities with strategic goals.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Experience:
• • 7+ years of experience in product management.
  • Proven track record as a product leader, managing teams and delivering enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Previous experience at a startup or scale-up, ideally in the enterprise SaaS space.
  • Previous experience that aligns to the credit insurance industry, be it fintech, financial services, risk platforms or others.

• • Developing leadership and mentoring skills, with the desire to grow and manage high-performing teams.

• • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Expertise in managing zero to one product lifecycles
