A Local Authority in the West Midlands is looking for an experienced Principal Planner to lead on major applications and mentor junior team members, offering a great mix of hands-on work and leadership.

The Role

• Manage and progress major and complex planning applications
• Mentor and support junior planners
• Ensure high-quality outcomes and service delivery
• Office attendance 1-2 days a week
