Job Description

Principal Planner needed in South west London Paying £31.78 per hr ref

Full time hours on a temporarybasis

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage major and strategic planning applications from pre application stage to final decision.
Prepare, negotiate, and monitor PPAs and Section 106 agreements.
Coordinate planning activity to support regeneration, environmental protection, and sustainable development.
Provide authoritative professional advice to senior stakeholders, applicants, and partners.
Mentor and support junior planning staff to ensure consistent, high quality outputs.
Build collaborative working relationships across internal teams and external organisations.
Apply up to date knowledge of planning legislation, policy, and guidance relevant to London.
