Principal Officer, Community Involvement (Ref 2025-161)

Location: 2 Adelaide Street, Belfast, BT2 8PB

The post holder will be responsible for leading out on community involvement key business activities.

Community involvement and tenant participation is a core function within the Housing Executive, engaging, enabling and empowering our communities; ensuring local communities are more involved, better informed and can contribute to enhanced decision-making in relation to housing policy and how it affects them. Community involvement and tenant participation helps us to understand our tenants' circumstances and the lived experience better and empowers us to take a proactive approach to problem solving.

The current salary for this post is £43,693 - £49,764 per annum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
