Responsibilities

• Working with architecture, assisting with defining the technical strategy and architecture for complex systems and platforms
• Providing hands on technical leadership across your team ensuring high quality engineering outcomes
• Leading the resolution of complex, cross functional technical challengesChampioning modern engineering practices including DevOps, CI/CD test automation, and cloud native development
• Influencing and shaping technology strategy by aligning engineering decisions with the broader organisation
• Mentoring and developing engineering talent whilst providing technical governance

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies and Endpoint Management
• Previous experience mentoring and technically leading a team
• The ability to automate and script in PowerShell
• Proven experience speaking with senior stakeholders and delivering high impact technical solutions
• Strong knowledge of security, compliance and risk management in digital environments
• Previous experience working with Identity and infosec technologies

Essential qualifications for the Principal Engineer - Modern Workplace & Identity InfoSec: Degree level qualification or equivalent experience.

This role is 37 hours per week based at Farnborough. Hybrid working patterns are available. Shift patterns for this role are between 0730 - 1830 and requires participation in an on call rota.
