Principal Designer: CDM & Building Regs, Up to £80k

Brandon James Ltd is seeking a Principal Designer for CDM and Building Regulations. This unique role offers a 50/50 split in responsibilities, allowing varied daily tasks. The successful candidate will manage risk on substantial Commercial, Healthcare, and complex Residential projects.

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Architectural or CDM Principal Design role, with APS certification or ARB registration as essential. The role includes a negotiable salary up to £80,000, car allowance, bonuses, pension, healthcare, and more.
