Duties

• Lead the design process from concept through completion, ensuring high-quality project delivery.

• Oversee and inspire design teams, providing mentorship and guidance.

• Engage in Business Development initiatives to expand the firm's presence and secure new opportunities.

• Build and strengthen a Client Network through presentations, proposals, and strong relationship management.

• Attend and lead Meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure design intent is met.

• Collaborate with senior leadership on practice strategy and growth.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Principal Designer or Senior Architect within the architecture sector.

• Background in leading large-scale, multi-sector projects.

• Confident communicator with experience running client-facing Meetings.

• A proactive approach to Business Development and expanding a Client Network.

• Skilled in industry-standard design and presentation software.

• Ability to balance creative vision with practical and technical requirements.
