Principal Designer - CDM & Building Regulations Lead

Brandon James Ltd in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Principal Designer for CDM and Building Regulations. This unique opportunity involves a 50/50 split between both roles, providing a varied day-to-day experience as you aid the Director in further developing the Principal Design service.

The successful candidate will manage risk on large scale Commercial, Healthcare, and complex Residential projects. A minimum of 5 years in an Architectural or CDM Principal Design role and relevant certifications are required. The position offers a negotiable salary up to £80,000 along with additional benefits.
