The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in EBS HCM Modules, with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits , and possess extensive knowledge of UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes . Key Requirements Experience: 12+ years in Oracle EBS HCM, particularly in Compensation & Benefits modules. Payroll Expertise: Proven proficiency in UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes with at least 2-3 full-cycle implementations . Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues. Leadership: Excellent communication skills to effectively lead discussions, support stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery. Support Ownership: Hands-on experience in support processes, ensuring accountability and resolution from start to finish.
