You will be providing thought leadership and best practice guidance, delivering talent acquisition and talent management solutions for thousands of well known brands and organisations across the globe. What you will be doing:

• Advising key customers by deeply understanding their organizational difficulties and providing talent related thought leadership and strategic guidance.
• Anticipate future customer needs and proactively shape discussions toward new and innovative solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise on complex, high impact customer engagements.
• Role model consulting excellence and effective strategy in customer management and delivery, while mentoring and assisting more junior team members.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Science, Specialists, and Solution Leads) to share customer feedback and influence solution design.
• Shape best practice delivery approaches and contribute to the continuous improvement of frameworks, tools, and processes.
• Partner with Sales teams to contribute expert insights, articulate delivery value, and ensure solutions are aligned with customer needs.

What we are looking for from you:

• Bsc or Masters degree in psychology in relevant discipline.
• Consulting expertise and talent industry knowledge.
• Knowledge of how to assess complex business scenarios, develop actionable insights, and align our talent insights to customers' business objectives and strategies.
• Proven knowledge of how to direct through influence, inspire teams, and maintain senior customer relationships.

Desirable:

• Mastery of SHL's tools, and solutions.
