Navitas Resourcing Group are looking for an A Contract TL/Managing Consultant or a Principal Consultant with a desire to step into a management role to join our high performing London, Victoria office, focusing within the EU Renewable Energy or Data Centre market. Navitas are a VC backed recruitment start up solely focused on supporting the solar, energy storage, and wind sector across the EU and US, on both a contract and permanent basis. In this position you will be supported and coached by leadership with over 20+ years of energy recruitment experience. In return we are looking for someone who has:

• 2.5+ years experience in Contract Wind, Solar, BESS, Data Centre, Hydrogen or similar markets
• Experience operating a 360 desk with a successful track record of winning new business
• An ambitious work ethic, shown through consistency and hard work
• A 'get up and go' mindset, with a passion for finding creative solutions and delivering them
• Motivation to provide a high quality service and go the extra 1% for your candidates, clients and colleagues
