• Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 plus a highly competitive reward structure

We are now looking for an experienced fundraiser or recruiter to join us as a Principal Consultant, working to support charities to recruit the very best fundraising talent.

Responsibilities

As our Principal Consultant, you will confidently deliver all aspects of a recruitment project and build high quality, long lasting relationships with charities. This role will help Peridot expand by delivering excellent work and building a positive reputation. You will gain repeat business, recommendations and referrals to build market share.
