The role:

• Day-to-day management of C&S project teams
• Development of programmes and control of change
• Tender preparation for projects of all sizes, including fee estimates
• Carry out technical design reviews / critiques of projects in progress
• Mentor, train and develop junior engineers
• Support individuals to maximise performance
• Ensure team compliance company management system
• Contribute to wider development of C&S department capabilities
• Lead C&S design delivery across single projects or multiple smaller projects with support from an Associate Engineer or Director, in single- or multi-disciplinary teams

What you need to succeed:

• Chartered Civil/ Structural Engineer CEng MICE/ MIStructE
• Appropriate depth and breadth of experience including experience in leading and managing teams
• Strong technical knowledge of Civil design
• Full Clean Current UK Driving Licence
