Principal Backend Engineer, FinTech Onramps & On-Chain

Aave Labs is seeking a Principal Backend Engineer to lead the engineering team behind Push, the regulated, non-custodial on ramp and off ramp. The role spans on chain settlement, external integrations, identity controls, and payment processing, combining secure design with high availability operations.

You will set the technical direction, translate regulatory requirements into roadmaps, and remain hands on to drive critical production improvements while mentoring the team.
