Your purpose:

We seek Principal, Associate, or Chief Geotechnical Engineering professionals to lead complex geotechnical projects, conduct technical reviews, and support knowledge sharing within our Ground Engineering team. Candidates will play a key role in our Geotechnical and Numerical Modelling disciplines, pushing the boundaries of geotechnical design and analysis.

The candidate should have:

  • An engineering degree, ideally with MSc or PhD, and Chartered status.
  • Experience in seismic geotechnical analysis, including foundations, soil-structure interaction, liquefaction assessment, and ground improvement.
  • Leadership experience in numerical modelling using software like FLAC, FLAC3D, or PLAXIS.
  • Knowledge of advanced soil models, parameter selection, and model calibration.
  • Experience managing geotechnical analysis within interdisciplinary projects.
  • Ability to drive digital innovation in geotechnical analysis.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and client liaison skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas; valid UK driving license required.
