Duties for the role of Principal Architectural Technologist:
- Lead and deliver on a range of high-profile projects
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
- Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
- Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
Requirements for the role of Principal Architectural Technologist:
- Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
- Significant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice4
- Experience managing projects across a range of sectors
- Revit proficiency
- Job running experience
- Experience managing a small team
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
- CIAT registered would be advantageous
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
