Principal AI Driven Release Engineer

HubSpot is seeking a Principal Software Engineer in the Developer Acceleration group to shape the technical future of release engineering at scale. You will blend large-scale distributed systems with agentic AI, deploying AI-enabled QA and autonomous decisions across the pipeline.

As a hands-on leader, you will stay close to code, drive end-to-end initiatives, and mentor teams while defining architecture and platform direction for high-scale delivery.
