London-based construction company specializing in high-end residential refurbishments and heritage restorations. Established in 1992, the company has completed numerous projects in prestigious locations such as Chelsea, Kensington, and Belgravia, as well as country homes in Surrey and Oxfordshire.

They seeking a confident QS with strong pre-contract and tender-stage experience , ideally gained on bespoke residential projects valued between £1M-£20M+. You'll play a key role in cost planning,

procurement strategy, and client liaison from the earliest stages - often collaborating directly with top-tier Architects and private clients.

Role highlights:
