A dedicated and supportive SLT Additional teachers to reduce class sizes in core subjects A family feel throughout the school and staff Consistent Good Ofsted grading Children progressing from below average in Reception to above average by Year 6

The ideal candidate for this position should be driven, creative and caring, with a strong desire to achieve and present their class and school in the best light.

Main Pay Scale 2 to 4 Teacher Qualified Teacher Status (UK QTS) Strong academics including Degree, A-Levels and GCSEs Minimum 2 years' recent experience within a UK school Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum Flexible and able to adapt to changes throughout the school day Good or Outstanding grading in all Teaching Standards
