About The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Reception or Year 1 teacher to take on the role of Early English Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong classroom practitioner with expertise in phonics and early literacy to lead our early reading and writing provision across our younger years. The successful candidate will combine excellent classroom teaching with focused leadership of Read Write Inc., early writing implementation, staff development and pupil progress in the vital earliest stages of literacy.

This role would suit:

  • Someone who truly believes every child can succeed
  • A reflective practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their leadership
