Salary: MPS1 - MPS6

A well-established and welcoming mainstream primary school in Windlesham, Surrey Heath is seeking to appoint a skilled and motivated Year 3 primary school teacher on a full-time basis, starting in April.

This is an excellent opportunity within a supportive Key Stage 2 team, ideal for both ambitious early-career teachers and experienced practitioners looking to further develop their impact in lower KS2. The school places strong emphasis on high standards, structured teaching and positive behaviour, alongside a nurturing and inclusive ethos.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils' transition into KS2, ensuring secure foundations in core subjects while fostering independence, resilience and curiosity.

The successful primary school teacher will:
  • Hold QTS and have experience teaching within a UK mainstream primary school

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment expectations

  • Deliver well-sequenced, engaging and differentiated lessons

  • Maintain high expectations for attainment, presentation and behaviour

  • Use assessment effectively to drive pupil progress

  • Contribute positively to planning, moderation and whole school development

  • Hold up to date safeguarding training or be willing to complete this
