Primary School Supply Teachers

We are currently seeking adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to work across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in a range of vibrant and welcoming primary schools in the Hertfordshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity for newly qualified or experienced teachers looking for flexible teaching work that fits around other commitments.

Supply teaching offers variety, the chance to work in different school settings, and the opportunity to focus on teaching without the added responsibilities of planning, marking, or school duties (unless preferred). Starting ASAP.

Duties as a Primary School Teacher:

1. Deliver pre-set lessons to classes across various year groups.
2. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
3. Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
4. Adapt quickly to new classroom settings and school cultures.
5. Communicate effectively with school staff and teaching assistants.

Ideal Primary School Teacher:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Experience teaching in primary schools (EYFS, KS1 or KS2).
3. Strong classroom management and a flexible approach.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as a Primary School Teacher.
5. A commitment to safeguarding and supporting children's wellbeing.
