School Chef Manager Required working School term Time 07.30 - 14.30 term time only. City & Guilds 706 1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent or suitable experience essential. Genuine Fresh Food Cooking, so core skills a must. 250 fresh meals a day. Trade test required

We are looking for a school Chef Manager with a passion for fresh food and who knows how to run a school kitchen and manage a team successfully; committed to not only your own personal development but also that of your team. Fresh food experience in a school environment .

To control and order provisions

To manage the day to day running of the kitchen and staff

To comply with current Food Hygiene regulations, environmental health requirements and Health & Safety at Work requirements.

Requirements:

Experience of working as a Cook Manager in a primary school or number 2.

Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (or higher)

DBS

Professional Cookery qualification
