Primary School Attendance Administrator - Based in Aston, Birmingham. £14.50 - £15ph.

A busy Primary School based in North Birmingham is looking for an Attendance Administrator.

The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8 am - 4 pm.

The role is long term with potential permanent opportunities for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and updating daily attendance records with precision
• Liaising with staff, students, and parents to resolve attendance queries
• Generating reports and analysing attendance trends
• Supporting safeguarding procedures through timely data management
• Collaborating with other departments to maintain compliance and consistency

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• School experience (only applicants with school experience will be considered)
