Join the Founding Team of a New Pre Preparatory School in Epping as a Primary Literacy Teacher. This role is ideal for a Primary Literacy Teacher who is passionate about early reading, phonics, language development and nurturing confident, articulate young learners within a calm, structured and beautifully designed environment.

As a Primary Literacy Teacher, you will shape the school's early approach to reading, writing and communication. You will introduce young children to high quality phonics, early comprehension, vocabulary building, storytelling and purposeful mark making, ensuring lessons are joyful, engaging and developmentally aligned. You will play a key role in establishing strong routines, rich language experiences and a love of books across EYFS and KS1.

Who We're Looking For

• Holds QTS with a strong background in English, Literacy or Early Reading
• Has previous pre prep school experience (essential)
• Understands early literacy development, phonics progression and language rich teaching
• Values calm, structured, joyful learning
