Are you an innovative Primary Leady Teacher committed to improving the lives of pupils?
We are looking for a Primary Lead Teacher for our New Acorn Education School - Manor Wood School, Bishopsworth. The school will have capacity for 80 pupils and is due to open May 2025. The school will be a co-educational provision for pupils with complex needs including SEMH.

- Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum depending on experience (not pro rata)
- Location: Manor Wood School, Bristol, BS13 8AG
- Hours: 40 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday
- Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

About the role
This is a great opportunity for a Teacher who wants to spend more time developing creative learning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs. We are looking for a Primary Teacher experienced in teaching a range of subjects and who shares our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK to be happy and to make their way in the world.
The post holder will secure high quality teaching, effective use of resources and improve standards of learning and achievement for all pupils in consultation with the Assistant Head; Improving the quality of pupils' learning in KS2.
Contributing to the development and innovation and / or implementation of KS2 policy and procedures and have a lead responsibility for KS2 and develop plans which identify clear targets and success criteria for its development and / or maintenance
Teach a range of subjects as necessary to ensure the effective delivery of the school's curriculum. Work may sometimes be undertaken outside the main teaching area - this may include off site locations including college settings
To share the school's responsibility to support and promote the learning, personal development and well-being of all students
Qualifications required:
- Degree
- Teaching qualification/QTS
