Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant - Permanent Role - Brent
Location: Brent, North London
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (DOE)

A thriving primary school in Brent is looking for a motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates considering a future in teaching to gain paid, practical classroom experience in a supportive environment.
The Role
Support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2
Deliver small group and 1:1 intervention's to boost progress in core subjects
Provide classroom support, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
Assist teachers with planning, preparation, and classroom management
Support pupils with additional needs (including SEN and EAL)
Contribute to wider school life, including clubs, enrichment, and events
What We're Looking For
A 2:1 or above degree (education, English, maths, science or related fields preferred)
Strong interest in primary teaching and child development
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, flexible and positive approach
Previous experience working with children (school, tutoring, volunteering, mentoring) is desirable
