Are you a reliable and enthusiastic trainee teacher ready to begin your ECT journey in a supportive and vibrant primary school?

Aspire People are working with several primary schools in Southwark who are seeking Early Career Teachers (ECTs) from September 2025. Shortlisting is taking place ASAP with interviews scheduled for after half-term.

Primary ECT - requirements:

Right to Work in the UK
PGCE or School Direct trainee teachers (QTS expected by Sept 2025)
Passion for child-centred learning and inclusive teaching practices
A reflective and proactive attitude to professional development
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
Commitment to making a real impact on children's learning and wellbeing
Be ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people
