Primary EAL Support Teaching Assistant

Aspire People is recruiting an EAL Support TA to work with pupils who speak English as an additional language. This is a high-demand but under advertised role.

• Provide targeted English language support
• Work 1:1 and in small groups
• Support vocabulary development and reading
• Liaise with class teachers to adapt materials
• Encourage confidence in classroom participation

• Degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or similar
• Bilingual candidates encouraged
• Experience tutoring or mentoring
• Strong communication skills
