Primary Care Pharmacist - Prescriber (Maternity Cover)

A Primary Care Network in England is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join their team, primarily based at Hightown Surgery. This fixed-term role is designed to cover a maternity leave starting in March 2026. The successful candidate will work closely with GPs and pharmacy staff, conducting medication reviews and developing prescribing strategies. Ideal applicants should be passionate about patient care and possess either community or hospital pharmacy experience. Flexibility in work pattern is also possible.
