Primary Care Nurse

We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Nurse to join our Primary Care team at HMP Thorn Cross, a Category D prison based in Warrington. In this role you will provide the highest standards of healthcare to our patients, without compromising on efficiency and quality. This position is over 4 days a week. Hours: Monday to Friday - 7am to 5pm or 7.30am to 5.30pm; Weekends and Bank Holidays - 7.15am to 12noon. This position is one day a week? You will receive an annual salary up to £40,211 per annum, depending on experience.

Main duties of the job- Be an integral part of the healthcare team at Brinsford by bringing your clinical skills and passion for care.
- Involve in developing and leading clinics, undertaking examinations and tests, answering emergency bells, and potentially attending emergencies.
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse-led service and prevent hospital admissions.
