Press Operative / Machine Operator Worcester £13.59 per hour Monday-Friday Days

We are currently recruiting Press Operatives / Machine Operators / Production Operatives to join a modern, state of the art manufacturing facility in Worcester.

The Role

As a Press Operative, you will be working in a fast paced steel manufacturing environment, supporting production and maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating press machinery and production equipment
• Feeding materials into machines and monitoring output
• Handling, inspecting and packing finished steel components
• Maintaining quality and production targets
• Working effectively as part of a busy manufacturing team
• Following all health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

We're looking for reliable and motivated individuals with experience in manufacturing or production environments.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous experience as a Press Operator, Machine Operator, Production Operative or Factory Worker
• Experience in steel, metal, or heavy manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and good hand eye coordination
• A reliable work ethic and excellent attendance
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Working Hours

• Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 15:30
• Friday: 07:00 - 14:30

Pay & Benefits

• £13.59 per hour
• Weekly pay (if applicable - add if relevant)
