Pertemps is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering client for an experienced Press Brake Setter & Operator to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting and operating press brake machinery safely and efficiently.
  
  
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  
  
• Producing components to precise tolerances and quality standards.
  
  
• Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring finished products meet customer specifications.
  
  
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
  
  
• Working collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and production targets.
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Press Brake Setter and Operator within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  
  
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  
  
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
