Din Tai Fung is hiring for our Central Kitchen Team in Lower Sydenham, South London. As a Prep Chef / Kitchen Team Member you will select, prepare and handle top-quality ingredients and support our kitchen operations to deliver the iconic Xiao Long Bao experience.

The role requires flexibility in a fast-paced environment, teamwork, and commitment to food safety. We offer competitive hourly pay, a 5 day rota and 40-48 hours per week with dining discounts and other benefits.
