Premium Vet Receptionist - Warm Front Desk & Client Care

DNA Vetcare's Streatham Hill surgery is seeking a warm, confident Veterinary Receptionist to be the friendly face at the start of every client visit. You will welcome clients and their pets, manage appointments, answer emails, and assist with medication collections, payments and insurance claims, while coordinating with vets and nurses to ensure a smooth patient journey.

The role requires frontline client experience, empathy, and superb organisation in a fast-paced private practice.
