Premium Student Living Front Desk & Events Host

Vita Student Edinburgh is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver a luxury, home-from-home experience for residents. The role includes Front of House, reception duties, parcel management, and maintaining high standards across communal areas, with flexible shifts from 6am to 10pm.

You will help host on-site and off-site events five nights a week, greet guests, answer inquiries, handle incidents, and provide information on local attractions.
