Premium Restaurant Manager - High-Energy VIP Service

Eastlands Venue Services Limited is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Zadie's at Medlock Square, a premium, high-energy dining venue within the Etihad Campus. This permanent role leads guest experience, service standards, and day-to-day operations.

You will work closely with Head Chef and leadership to deliver a must-visit dining destination in Manchester, managing a skilled team, reservations, and events, while upholding licensing, health and safety, and exceptional guest service.
