Your Role

As a Hospitality Waiter/Waitress, you'll play a key part in creating an unforgettable VIP guest experience by:

Providing outstanding table service in premium hospitality lounges and suites.

Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.

Serving food and beverages to the highest standards.

Delivering exceptional customer service throughout every event.

Looking after your own section and ensuring guests receive a first-class experience.

Preparing hospitality areas before service and resetting them afterwards.

Clearing and maintaining tables, glassware and service equipment to a high standard.

Processing payments where required using the till system.

Working as part of a professional, energetic team during some of the UK's biggest live events.

What We're Looking For

• Previous hospitality or waiting experience is preferred but not essential.

• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Reliability, professionalism and a willingness to learn.
