Job Description
The Butchers Recruiter in the United Kingdom seeks a Red Meat & Poultry Butcher to bone, trim and prepare beef, pork, lamb and poultry to exact specifications, ensuring quality and traceability.
You will portion steaks and other cuts, maintain food safety, follow PPE rules, pick customer orders accurately and work 5:00am-2:00pm, Monday to Saturday, with a Saturday finish after orders are completed.
