We are now a serial supplier to the aerospace industry and are planning strong growth in this and other sectors. That's why we're expanding our production team!
Your role:In this role, you will be a key contributor to our serial production line, working closely with precision parts created via additive manufacturing (3D printing) and ensuring they meet the strict tolerances required for high-performance aerospace and industrial environ ments. Your responsibilities will include the setup, operation, and maintenance of precision machinery, as well as the inspection and finishing of machined and assembled com ponents. You will also collaborate with our engineering and quality assurance teams to uphold EN9100-certified processes and continuously improve our production workflows.
Beyond machining, this role requires also soldering of electronic components and an un derstanding of how mechanics and electronics come together in complex sensor systems. A deep sense of quality, repeatability, and process discipline is essential as we scale our operations from prototypes to batch production.

- Manufacture and assemble high-precision components using milling machines, lathes, and other production tools.
- Set up, operate, and maintain precision machinery for optimal performance and reliability.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to produce accurate com ponents.
- Ensure quality by conducting detailed inspections and adhering to EN9100 pro cesses.
- Support ongoing machine maintenance and proactively resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and production planning teams to improve product design and processes.
- Perform fine soldering work for electronic assemblies and components as re quired.
- Completed vocational training as a Precision Mechanic or a comparable qualifica tion.
- Professional experience in a manufacturing or mechanical workshop environ ment.
- Confident handling of precision machining equipment and tools (milling ma chines, lathes, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of CAD.
- Experience in electronic component assembly (including soldering).
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and willing to adapt to dynamic production needs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow technical documentation in Ger man and/or English.
- Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for precision craftsmanship.
- Reliable and quality-focused with a high sense of responsibility.
