£14.10 per hour Full time (40 hours)

Opening Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:00pm All year round Bank holidays off

We're looking for a passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our Pre School room at Shooting Stars Hinckley.

This role is ideal for a practitioner who loves supporting children in their final early years stage, building independence, confidence, communication skills and a love of learning as they prepare for school. Whether you're an experienced Pre School practitioner or a confident Level 3 ready to specialise, you'll be supported to thrive.

Our Hinckley nursery is a well established, welcoming setting with strong leadership, consistent routines and a collaborative team culture. We value reflective practice, child led learning and giving practitioners the time and space to do what they do best.

• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Confidence delivering the EYFS, including supporting children with SEND
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• A positive, proactive team player with a genuine passion for early years

• Act as a Key Person, building strong and nurturing relationships
• Plan and deliver engaging, child led learning experiences
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children
• Build positive partnerships with parents and carers
• Support consistent, high quality practice and Ofsted standards

• £14.10 per hour with annual pay & benefits review
