Responsibilities and DeliverablesThe key responsibilities of the role, as the Pre Sales Coordinator, will include (but are not limited to):
- Provide pre-sales administrative support including raising sales orders, proforma and sales invoices, despatch notes, and other sales-related documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Support the sales and business development teams, and Channel Partners, by ensuring a first-class customer experience.
- Manage pending sales orders, monitor stock availability and payments, and set clear customer expectations.
- Raise purchase order requests to Supply Chain Operations and liaise with couriers/freight forwarders for quotes and shipping logistics.
- Support export compliance, including Dangerous Goods documentation, sanctioned countries, and End User Statements.
- Assist with issuing quotations, preparing freight quotes, handling telephone and email enquiries, and supporting the despatch of goods.
- Assist the sales team with reports, customer marketing updates, bulk email communications, and the maintenance of reseller guidelines and price books.
- Contribute to CRM and finance system data management and complete month-end processes promptly.
- Support other areas of the business including Airtime, Account Management, Pre-sales Engineering, and Finance to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Provide cover for the post-sales coordination team as needed and undertake ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the Operations Team Leader.
- Support continuous improvement by following and refining documented sales processes.
- Train new members of the operations team and support knowledge sharing.

- Background in satellite communications or communications is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with electronics and engineering.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and a customer-centric approach.
