Pre-GCSE English Lead - Transforming Learners

Bolton College is looking to appoint an ambitious Deputy Head of Pre GCSE English to join our flourishing team. You will lead day-to-day management of Pre GCSE provision, ensure engaging, inclusive curriculum delivery, and monitor teaching quality.

You will also coach staff and drive rapid intervention to support learner progression to GCSE readiness. This role requires a degree and teaching qualification, plus strong knowledge of Pre GCSE paths and experience in quality improvement and learner
